That is a good article! (even for walkers like me!) Thanks for sharing! When i’m not feeling it but want to do my cardio regardless. I break it down into songs (.25 miles is 1 song for me). So i’m like okay – only 8 more songs! And I go through my iPod manually and choose my top 8 songs for the day! Kind of lame, but it works for me. 🙂
