April Measurements

I took measurements last month at the beginning of the Shred challenge. I didn’t do the DVD every day. I think that I probably did it 12-15 times though. So my measurements are pretty much the same but just so I have a record, here goes:

waist – 29
low waist – 36.5
hips – 39
thigh – 23
arm – 12.5

My arms got bigger? That doesn’t make much sense. I mean, I guess muscle but I want the fat part to go away! I am happy about losing an inch on my thighs. Yay for that.
