Since my pictured dinner, I have also had an WW ice cream cone, some nuts, some popcorn and a very small date. This is why I can’t lose weight, perhaps?
haha I’ve been having the SAME problem lately! I’m much better at munching then I am at not eating when i’m not hungry! Sigh.
I seem to have too much free time in the evening since switching my workouts to the morning. Free time = mindless munching for me.
